I used to think my problem was that I wasn’t making enough, but it turned out I just wasn’t managing what I had in a way that matched how money was actually flowing in and out. I was introduced to MonitrexPRO by a colleague who runs a small marketing agency, and I was surprised at how straightforward it was to set up. The thing that clicked for me was the way it breaks down past spending into clear categories and then uses that data to forecast where you’ll stand in the future if you keep going the same way. I had this bad habit of over-investing in new projects during my “good” months, which always led to a panic in the slower ones. Seeing those projections in advance made me start pacing my investments instead of dumping everything into them at once. It also flagged recurring charges that I’d completely forgotten about — some of them tiny, but they added up to a few hundred a year. Now, instead of reacting to problems as they happen, I’m able to plan purchases and payments around when I know cash will actually be there. The stress hasn’t disappeared completely, but the blind panic definitely has, and that’s a huge improvement.
